On rural properties, getting the planning right before tools hit the ground makes the whole build smoother. Our 3-stage system keeps the process clear:
Stage 1: Envision — A conversation about what you are trying to achieve, a site visit, then a written brief and concept quote. No commitment until you are happy.
Stage 2: Design — Working drawings, full specs and selections, trades quoting on-site from actual plans, council consent handled. You sign the Master Build Contract and receive your Guarantee.
Stage 3: Deliver — Weekly meetings, daily updates, walk-through at completion, all compliance paperwork managed, and check-ins at 3, 6, and 12 months.
