Description

Project: Design and build a 4-bedroom house to a budget as the client was selling this house on completion.

Challenges: The challenges of this project were first to come up with a design that included 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. With the help of our architects and working closely with the client we were able to achieve this. As there was limited space on site for materials and storage, things needed to be planned well and timing was everything.

The result: The end result was amazing, and we had a very happy client who went on to sell
this property for a profit.
