Project: Construct a new 4 bedroom house for a developer and complete on time and within budget.
Challenges: The challenges for this job was timeframe and the budget. Once discussed with the client and agreed upon, we started and completed this job on time and within the budget with a bit of time to spare. We started with a clear rear sight and left once the ready lawn was laid. It was an awesome build by the team.
The result: The house ended up beautiful. The client was happy and this house went on to sell to make the owner a profit.
