Anchorage Renovation
Description
Project:
A full renovation of a 1960’s home to create a modern, open-plan space with better flow and natural light. Works included a new kitchen, living area, bathroom, balcony, and a complete outdoor upgrade with an in-ground pool and deck. The laundry was also redesigned with direct outdoor access for practical poolside use.
Challenges:
The home was originally closed off and outdated, requiring structural changes to open up the layout. A key challenge was tying the new indoor spaces together with the balcony and pool area, so everything felt connected. Working within the existing structure while delivering a clean, modern finish required careful planning.
Result:
The home has been completely transformed into a light, open, and functional space. Indoor and outdoor areas now flow seamlessly, with the balcony and pool creating standout entertaining zones. This renovation has created a home that better supports everyday family life allowing everyone to stay connected while still having space to relax.
