Types of Home Renovations We Handle
Every Auckland home is different. Some clients come to us with a villa that needs its layout opened up. Others want to modernise a 1970s home with better insulation, new windows, and a contemporary kitchen. We also take on major projects that combine extensions with full internal renovations, giving you more space and a complete refresh in one build programme.
If your renovation includes adding floor area through a house extension, we can plan and price both the extension and the renovation together, which often saves time and reduces the disruption of running two separate projects.
For character homes, our Auckland villa renovation specialists understand how to preserve original features while upgrading the home for modern comfort.
Serving Auckland and Franklin

Local knowledge matters: we understand the housing stock, soil conditions, and council requirements that vary across the region.
