My name is John, and when you choose to work with Rag Reno’s, we guarantee to make the building process as easy as possible! Whether you have existing plans or are starting from scratch with a blank canvas, we will be with you throughout every stage of the build, from design to the housewarming.

We will provide you with a fixed price contract to ensure there are no hidden surprise costs during your build. This will give you the ability to know exactly how much you are going to spend on your home.
During the build, you will have access to our online management software to keep you up to date in real time. You will be able to see the daily progress on your project and any choices that need to be made.
To ensure you have a quality home to enjoy for years to come, we use our quality insurance checklists, backed up by the 10 Year Master Builders guarantee.
Communication
We value transparent communication to keep you informed throughout your journey with us. You will have access to our project management software giving you real-time progress on site and any decisions that need to be made. We will also have a weekly onsite meeting to go over the work in progress.

PROCESS
Step 1: Let’s chat and meet up
After the initial call, we will send you a small questionnaire to complete. Once you send it back to us, our Director John will personally give you a call to discuss your project and to arrange a site meeting with you. This will enable us to look at your project and you can show your ideas, sketches etc. so that we can help you create your dream exactly how you want it.
Step 2: Plans and preliminary estimate
Once you have accepted this estimate, the architect will complete the working drawings and lodge your plans with the local authorities.
Step 3: Final quote
We will present this to you in person, explaining every part in detail and answering any questions you may have.|
At this stage, we will give you the satisfaction of a completely priced build.
Step 4: Signing of paperwork

- A copy of our Rag Reno’s Guarantee
Step 5: Construction
We will liaise with the architect, local authorities, professional services, subcontractors and suppliers to provide you with regular updates about what’s happening on site.
You will be able to keep up to date in real time by accessing our online project management software. We will have everything sorted to deliver your project on time and within budget.
Step 6: Project completion and sign off
Apart from our own completion checklist, we will walk you through and around your new home to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the standard of workmanship.
At this stage, a reconciliation of your final account is presented to you for payment.
