Step 1: Let’s chat and meet up
Get in touch with us and let’s see how we can help you with your building and renovating needs.
After the initial call, we will send you a small questionnaire to complete. Once you send it back to us, our Director John will personally give you a call to discuss your project and to arrange a site meeting with you. This will enable us to look at your project and you can show your ideas, sketches etc. so that we can help you create your dream exactly how you want it.

Step 2: Plans and preliminary estimate
Depending if you have pre-made plans or not we can recommend you one of our reputable and trusted architects. We will work together as a team to come up with a plan that suits your needs and budget. Once the concept plan is complete, we will be able to provide you with an initial cost estimate.
Once you have accepted this estimate, the architect will complete the working drawings and lodge your plans with the local authorities.

Step 3: Final quote
After receiving the final consented plans, we will work with our trusted partners to provide you with a full fixed price contract. This will give you the satisfaction of completely priced build.
We will present this to you in person, explaining every part in detail and answering any questions you may have.|

Step 4: Signing of paperwork
Once you are satisfied with our quote, we provide you with the following documents for signing:
- Master Builders full building contract
- Master Builders 10-year Guarantee
- A copy of our Rag Reno’s Guarantee
Step 5: Construction
Once your project is underway, we will meet on-site to introduce you to your building team and site foreman from Rag Reno’s. During construction, we will schedule regular on-site meetings with you to discuss the progress.
We will liaise with the architect, local authorities, professional services, subcontractors and suppliers to provide you with regular updates about what’s happening on site.
You will be able to keep up to date in real time by accessing our online project management software. We will have everything sorted to deliver your project on time and within budget.

Step 6: Project completion and sign off
We will arrange the final inspection from the local authorities as well as all documentation to submit to the Council for the Code Compliance Certificate.
Apart from our own completion checklist, we will walk you through and around your new home to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the standard of workmanship.
At this stage, a reconciliation of your final account is presented to you for payment.
We will hand you your new keys and Gift Basket to say thank you! We know you had a choice in builders and we are glad you choose us! Enjoy your new home.
